Shipping Policy

SA Retail Inc ships to all 50 U.S. states and select territories. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume. SA Retail Inc will notify you of any significant delays.

Estimated transit times are from date of shipment and are not guaranteed. SA Retail Inc is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Free standard ground shipping is available on qualifying orders meeting the minimum purchase amount displayed at checkout, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Free shipping orders will be delivered to home addresses within the contiguous United States using ground carriers.

Free shipping offers exclude: (i) gift cards; (ii) enhanced shipping options such as overnight air, second-day air, or freight; and (iii) oversized items requiring freight shipping. These offers are limited to in-stock items. SA Retail Inc reserves the right to modify or end free shipping promotions at any time without notice.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the selected shipping method, and the weight and dimensions of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase. Customer is solely responsible for any applicable duties, fees, or taxes on freight orders.

Oversized & Freight Shipments

Certain large or heavy items — such as engines, transmissions, long bed rails, or body panels — may require freight (LTL) shipping. These items will be flagged on the product listing page. Freight shipments:

a. Require a valid daytime phone number for delivery scheduling

b. Are delivered curbside only — inside delivery is not included

c. May require a signature upon delivery

d. Cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Please inspect all freight shipments for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately at [email protected].

PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO, and Territory Addresses

SA Retail Inc ships to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS for eligible, non-oversized items. Free shipping promotions apply to APO/FPO/DPO addresses on qualifying orders. Freight shipments and oversized items cannot be shipped to these address types.

Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery

Same-day and next-day delivery options may be available in select markets for eligible products. Availability is based on your delivery address and the cutoff time displayed at checkout. The following requirements must be met to qualify:

a. The expedited shipping option must be selected during checkout

b. The product must be in stock and ship from an eligible location

c. The order must be placed before the cutoff time listed on the checkout page

d. Payment must be successfully processed

If SA Retail Inc provides a guaranteed delivery date and misses the date, customer's shipping fees for the expedited delivery will be refunded. This is SA Retail Inc's sole and exclusive liability for a missed delivery date. SA Retail Inc will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages due to delayed delivery. Guaranteed delivery is not applicable in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside SA Retail Inc's control, including strikes, vehicle breakdowns, natural disasters, or severe weather.

Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, SA Retail Inc will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping. SA Retail Inc is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact SA Retail Inc at [email protected] within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the damage or loss, and photos if the package is visibly damaged. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as promptly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, SA Retail Inc ships within the United States only and does not offer international shipping. Our products and services are intended for customers located in the United States.
