1.  FITMENT & COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER

SA Retail Inc sells auto parts and accessories for a wide range of vehicle makes, models, and years. While we make every effort to provide accurate fitment information — including year, make, model, engine, trim, and sub-model data — the customer bears sole responsibility for verifying that a part is compatible with their specific vehicle before purchasing and before installation.

1.1  YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY FITMENT

Before placing an order, you are responsible for confirming that the part number, description, and listed vehicle application matches your vehicle. Fitment information on our Website is provided for general guidance only and may not account for:

Regional or market variations in vehicle specifications

Mid-year production changes made by the manufacturer

Aftermarket modifications, upgrades, or non-factory components on your vehicle

Variations between sub-models, trim levels, or option packages within the same year/make/model

Fleet, export, or special-edition vehicles that differ from standard production models

If you are unsure whether a part fits your vehicle, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order. We recommend having your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) available when inquiring about fitment.

1.2  NO LIABILITY FOR INCORRECT FITMENT

SA RETAIL INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES — INCLUDING LABOR COSTS, TOWING FEES, DIAGNOSTIC FEES, OR RENTAL VEHICLE COSTS — ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OR INSTALLATION OF A PART THAT DOES NOT FIT OR FUNCTION CORRECTLY ON YOUR VEHICLE. FITMENT ERRORS DISCOVERED AFTER INSTALLATION ARE NOT COVERED UNDER OUR RETURN POLICY. VERIFY FITMENT BEFORE INSTALLING ANY PART.

1.3  UNIVERSAL FIT & NON-APPLICATION-SPECIFIC PARTS

Some products listed on our Website are described as "universal fit" or are sold without a specific vehicle application. These parts are intended to be modified, adapted, or professionally installed to fit a specific vehicle. SA Retail Inc makes no guarantee that universal fit parts will fit any particular vehicle without modification. It is the customer's sole responsibility to determine suitability before purchase.

1.4  OEM VS. AFTERMARKET PARTS

SA Retail Inc sells both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and aftermarket parts. Aftermarket parts are designed to function as replacements for OEM parts but are manufactured by third parties. While aftermarket parts often meet or exceed OEM specifications, SA Retail Inc makes no representation that aftermarket parts are identical to OEM parts in form, fit, finish, or function. Customers should review product descriptions carefully to understand what they are purchasing.

1.5  PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION RECOMMENDED

SA Retail Inc strongly recommends that all parts be installed by a qualified, licensed automotive technician. Improper installation may void the part's warranty, damage your vehicle, and may create safety hazards. SA Retail Inc assumes no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper installation.

2.  ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

SA Retail Inc processes orders promptly and works with multiple third-party distributors to fulfill shipments. Because orders are transmitted to our fulfillment partners quickly, the window to cancel an order is limited. Please review the cancellation terms below carefully before placing your order.

2.1  CANCELLATION WINDOW

You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been transmitted to our fulfillment partner or marked as "Processing" or "Shipped" in our system. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at:

  Email: [email protected]

Subject line: CANCELLATION REQUEST — Order #[your order number]

Cancellation requests submitted after the 1-hour window, or after an order has entered processing or shipping, cannot be guaranteed. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy to return the item once received.

2.2  ORDERS THAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED

The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit

Special-order or custom-configured items that have been submitted to the supplier

Orders for products marked as "Ships Same Day" or "In Stock — Ships Immediately"

Orders placed using a promotional code or discount that has already been applied and redeemed

2.3  CANCELLATION OF MULTI-ITEM ORDERS

For orders containing multiple items, individual line items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. If part of your order has already shipped, only the unshipped items may be eligible for cancellation. Shipped items must be handled through the Return Policy.

2.4  REFUNDS FOR APPROVED CANCELLATIONS

If your cancellation request is approved before the order ships, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once your request has been processed.

2.5  CANCELLATION BY SA RETAIL INC

SA Retail Inc reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

a.  The item is out of stock or discontinued and cannot be fulfilled

b.  There is a pricing error or other inaccuracy in the product listing

c.  The order cannot be verified or payment cannot be confirmed

d.  The shipping address is undeliverable or outside our service area

e.  We suspect fraud, misuse, or a violation of our Terms & Conditions

In the event SA Retail Inc cancels your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you by email with the reason for cancellation.

3.  PAYMENT TERMS & PRICING POLICY

3.1  ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

SA Retail Inc accepts the following payment methods for online orders:

Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Debit cards bearing a Visa or Mastercard logo

All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). SA Retail Inc does not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cash on delivery (COD). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

3.2  PAYMENT PROCESSING & AUTHORIZATION

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full order amount. Your card or payment account is charged at the time of purchase. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. SA Retail Inc is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with a declined transaction.

Payment card information is collected and processed exclusively by our third-party payment processor and is subject to their privacy and security practices. SA Retail Inc does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

3.3  PRICING POLICY

All prices displayed on the SA Retail Inc Website are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

SA Retail Inc makes every effort to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are accurate. However, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error:

a.  SA Retail Inc reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed

b.  If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method

c.  SA Retail Inc is not obligated to honor an incorrectly priced order

d.  We will notify you promptly if your order is affected by a pricing error

3.4  SALES TAX

SA Retail Inc collects sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a sales tax obligation under applicable law. The applicable tax rate will be calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout. Tax-exempt customers must contact us at [email protected] prior to placing their order and provide a valid tax-exemption certificate.

3.5  PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated with each promotion. Promotional codes:

May only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated

Cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly permitted

Are not transferable and have no cash value

May be subject to minimum order requirements or product exclusions

May expire — codes applied after expiration will not be honored

SA Retail Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

3.6  PRICE MATCH POLICY

SA Retail Inc does not currently offer a price match guarantee. Prices are set based on our agreements with suppliers and distributors and may vary from other retailers. We encourage you to review our current promotions and offers for the best available pricing.

3.7  FRAUD PREVENTION

SA Retail Inc actively monitors orders for signs of fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to request additional verification for any order we deem suspicious, including proof of identity or billing address confirmation. Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, modified, or cancelled. SA Retail Inc will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by fraud prevention measures applied in good faith.

4.  CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING

⚠  WARNING

WARNING: SOME PRODUCTS SOLD BY SA RETAIL INC CAN EXPOSE YOU TO CHEMICALS INCLUDING LEAD, PHTHALATES, BENZENE, CARBON MONOXIDE, AND OTHER SUBSTANCES KNOWN TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE CANCER, BIRTH DEFECTS, OR OTHER REPRODUCTIVE HARM. FOR MORE INFORMATION, VISIT WWW.P65WARNINGS.CA.GOV.

This warning is provided pursuant to California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65 (Prop 65). Prop 65 requires businesses to provide a "clear and reasonable" warning before knowingly and intentionally exposing anyone in California to a listed chemical.

4.1  WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AFFECTED?

Prop 65 warnings may apply to a wide range of automotive parts and accessories, including but not limited to:

Engine and drivetrain components (may contain or emit carbon monoxide, diesel exhaust, or other combustion byproducts)

Brake components, including brake pads and brake dust (may contain lead or other heavy metals)

Electrical components, wiring harnesses, and cables (may contain lead solder or PVC with phthalates)

Rubber parts, hoses, seals, and gaskets (may contain chemicals used in manufacturing)

Batteries and battery-related accessories (may contain lead and sulfuric acid)

Fluids, lubricants, and chemicals (may contain benzene, petroleum distillates, or other listed substances)

Seat covers, floor mats, and interior accessories (may contain DEHP or other phthalates)

4.2  SCOPE OF WARNING

This warning is provided as a general disclosure for all products sold by SA Retail Inc that may contain Prop 65 listed chemicals. Not every product sold by SA Retail Inc is subject to Prop 65, but because many automotive parts and chemicals contain listed substances, this warning applies broadly to our catalog.

SA Retail Inc is not responsible for independently testing each product for Prop 65 compliance. Warnings are provided based on information from our suppliers and manufacturers. Customers in California should assume that automotive parts may expose them to Prop 65 listed chemicals and take appropriate precautions, including washing hands after handling parts and avoiding exposure to vapors from automotive chemicals.

4.3  FURTHER INFORMATION

For a full list of chemicals covered under Proposition 65, visit the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) website at www.p65warnings.ca.gov. If you have specific questions about a product's chemical composition, please contact the product manufacturer directly.

6.  CARB / EMISSIONS COMPLIANCE NOTICE

SA Retail Inc sells both emissions-legal and off-road/race-only aftermarket parts. It is the customer's sole responsibility to understand the emissions regulations applicable in their state or jurisdiction before purchasing and installing any aftermarket part. This policy outlines important information regarding emissions compliance.

6.1  CARB COMPLIANCE

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulates aftermarket parts sold or installed on vehicles registered in California. Under California law, aftermarket parts that affect a vehicle's emissions system must carry a valid CARB Executive Order (EO) number to be legally installed on a California-registered vehicle.

Product listings on the SA Retail Inc Website may indicate whether a product is CARB-compliant or CARB-exempt. However, CARB compliance status can change, and SA Retail Inc does not guarantee that all product listings reflect the most current CARB status. It is the customer's responsibility to verify current CARB compliance before purchasing.

6.2  OFF-ROAD / RACE-ONLY PARTS

Certain performance parts sold by SA Retail Inc are designed and intended solely for use on vehicles used in closed-course racing or off-road competition and are not legal for use on public roads or streets in any US state. These parts are clearly identified in their product listings with language such as:

"For off-road or racing use only"

"Not legal for sale or use in California or other emissions-regulated states"

"This product does not conform to EPA and CARB emissions regulations"

PURCHASING A PART LABELED AS OFF-ROAD OR RACE-ONLY DOES NOT GRANT PERMISSION TO USE THAT PART ON A PUBLIC ROAD VEHICLE. INSTALLING AN OFF-ROAD-ONLY PART ON A STREET-DRIVEN VEHICLE IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL AND STATE EMISSIONS LAWS AND MAY RESULT IN FINES, FAILED EMISSIONS INSPECTIONS, AND VOIDING OF YOUR VEHICLE'S WARRANTY. SA RETAIL INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PENALTIES, FINES, FAILED INSPECTIONS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM THE IMPROPER USE OF OFF-ROAD-ONLY PARTS ON PUBLIC ROAD VEHICLES.

6.3  FEDERAL EPA REGULATIONS

In addition to state-level regulations, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) prohibits the removal, defeat, or tampering with any part of a vehicle's emissions control system on vehicles driven on public roads. This includes catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, EGR valves, PCV valves, and evaporative emission control systems. Violations of federal emissions law may result in significant civil penalties.

6.4  CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer's sole responsibility to:

a.  Verify that any aftermarket part purchased from SA Retail Inc is legal for use in their state, county, or municipality

b.  Determine whether a part requires CARB EO certification in their state

c.  Ensure that installation of a part will not cause their vehicle to fail an emissions inspection

d.  Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local emissions laws

SA Retail Inc will not accept returns on parts that have been installed and subsequently failed an emissions inspection. SA Retail Inc is not responsible for any costs, fines, or penalties associated with emissions violations resulting from the installation of parts purchased from our Website.

7.  DROPSHIPPING & THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT DISCLOSURE

SA Retail Inc operates as an online retailer that fulfills orders through a network of authorized third-party distributors and suppliers ("Fulfillment Partners"). This means that when you place an order on our Website, the product may be shipped directly to you from a Fulfillment Partner's warehouse, rather than from an SA Retail Inc facility. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this disclosure.

7.1  HOW FULFILLMENT WORKS

When you place an order on saretailinc.com:

a.  SA Retail Inc receives your order and payment

b.  Your order is transmitted electronically to the appropriate Fulfillment Partner based on product availability, your shipping address, and inventory location

c.  The Fulfillment Partner picks, packs, and ships your order directly to you

d.  You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number from SA Retail Inc once the order has been dispatched

7.2  PACKAGING & BRANDING

Because orders are fulfilled by third-party distributors, packages may arrive in plain packaging, distributor-branded packaging, or manufacturer packaging. Packages will not always bear the SA Retail Inc name or logo. This is normal and expected. If you receive a package that does not appear to be from SA Retail Inc, please check your order confirmation email to verify your order details before contacting us.

7.3  MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, those items may be fulfilled by different Fulfillment Partners and may ship separately, on different dates, from different locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. Each tracking number corresponds to a separate shipment. SA Retail Inc will notify you of each shipment as it is dispatched.

7.4  INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

Product availability shown on our Website is based on real-time or near-real-time inventory data from our Fulfillment Partners. In rare cases, an item shown as "in stock" may become unavailable between the time you place your order and the time it is transmitted for fulfillment. In this event:

SA Retail Inc will notify you by email as promptly as possible

You will be given the option to wait for the item to come back in stock, substitute a comparable product, or receive a full refund

SA Retail Inc will not charge you for an item that cannot be fulfilled

7.5  PRICING & MARGINS

SA Retail Inc sets its own retail prices independently of our Fulfillment Partners' pricing. The price you pay on saretailinc.com is SA Retail Inc's retail price and may differ from prices available through other channels. SA Retail Inc does not disclose supplier pricing or margins.

7.6  YOUR CONTRACT IS WITH SA RETAIL INC

Notwithstanding the use of third-party Fulfillment Partners, your purchase contract is solely with SA Retail Inc. All customer service inquiries, return requests, warranty claims, and disputes should be directed to SA Retail Inc, not to the Fulfillment Partner. SA Retail Inc is responsible for ensuring that your order is fulfilled correctly and that all applicable policies are honored.
